We would rather show you an empty page than a manufactured one. Reviews appear here only after a real customer buys a package, receives it, and writes one from the private link we send with their delivery.
How these reviews work
We ask for a review only after a customer’s filing package has been built and delivered. The request goes out with the package, through a private link tied to that specific order, so a review can only be written by someone who actually bought one. We ask for an honest review, not a good one.
We do not write reviews, pay for reviews, or edit a review’s substance. A review is never taken down for being critical. If we ever have to remove personal information or something unrelated before publishing, we keep the original and say on the review that it was edited.
We keep private records — the order, the timestamp, and technical details such as the submitting IP address — so these reviews can be substantiated if they are ever questioned. That information is never published. See our privacy notice.
